Does anyone know if you can add a parameter...or field to give you a box beside each drawing on a drawing list? For example a DOB column, DD column, and a CD column each with there own boxes to check. This would prevent me from having to make multiple coversheets. Thanks.

It is possible and all you need to do is create a YES/NO parameter for each of the fields you want in the schedule. So for example create a new parameter for CD, make it YES/NO and then it will show up in the schedule.

We have a parameter assigned to sheets where we can list SD, DD & CD then we use that to sort the sheets in the broswer. Our drawing list for each phase uses this as well. Be careful. If you want to use the same views from phase to phase, you must either duplicate and paste on new sheets or understand that the drawing just moves in the category it's in. Remember - this is a model program. When you change elements in the next phase, it messes up your previous documents. If you want to have a record of each phase, you need to "FREEZE" the project by archiving the project.

So i did what afc4 suggested but instead of a check mark i'm getting a yes or no value. Is there anyway to change this? All i need is a check mark or nothing field.

As you can see when you created this, THERE IS NO OPTION FOR CHECKMARK! Y/N Text Numbers of various types

I found the best way to acheive the affect I want is to make it a text type parameter and use a X instead of a check mark.

I know this post was long ago, but there a way to substitute the Y/N for symbols.
Here it is:
