Okay, full disclosure: I've only been using Revit for a few days... Does anyone have a flush bifold door? I've got to complete a progress set for this coming Monday and I can't seem to figure out the family editor for doors.

Tried them all with no luck. Thanks for the links, though.... Anyone else have any ideas?

Open the panel bifold family. Select and edit the door panel extrusions. Delete the portion of the door panel extrusion that forms the "holes" for the panels. Select and edit the panel extrusion. Delete the "panel" extrusions. Delete the dimensions for stile and rail widths (if any are remaining). Remove the parameters in the family for stile and rail widths. You will have to tab to select the two different extrusions for each panel. You'll need to do this for two families if you want bifolds with 2 leafs and 4 leafs. If i'm thinking this through correctly you should end up with a flush bifold in about 10 minutes for each family. Typhoon, did i miss anything? I have a door project in the download section. Check it out. I'll be adding sliding closet doors and now flush bifolds soon.

I uploaded this door to the RevitCity Download section. It's not in my Door Project upload yet. You still should do the 2 section door on your own for practice. John

Thanks!!! I'll definitely go through the exercise, but that saved me some time. It seems to be in short supply these days.
