Hello, I just noticed a oddity with my rooms, and I can't figure this out. I created a bunch of rooms, after which the client decided to lower some of the walls to be 4' high. At this point, these walls don't seem to be room bounding any more, even though the Element Properties say otherwise. Is there a setting at what height rooms are being cut? Please advise. Thanks for reading! I've attached a screenshot of how defining a new room is ignoring a 4' heigh wall.

It doesn't matter how tall the wall is so this should not happen Are you sure all of these walls are set to be bounding? Are you sure all of these walls rest on the floor? Are you sure the walls in question fully define the space? Is the room on the same level as the walls?

Are you sure all of these walls are set to be bounding? yes Are you sure all of these walls rest on the floor? yes Are you sure the walls in question fully define the space? yes Is the room on the same level as the walls? yes In fact, I just created a new full height room, with a smaller low height wall inside of it. By default, those walls are room bounding. See screenshot.

If the walls are lower than the computation height then they will not be room bounding. This level can be adjusted in the level properties.

That was it!! Thank you so much!!! I then had to adjust the View Range to be below the computation height for the rooms to show up.

The lowest wall I have will be 4' height, so I set the computation height at 3' and the view range bottom to be at 2' I would not have thought to check this out. Thanks again guys.
