I am new to Revit using Revit architecture 2009. Can some one show me how to do keynotes & legends on Wall Sections & Plan views. I do not want to use the Specification version. I want to use numbers & text like we used in AutoCAD. Thanks in advance.

Your HELP is a good resource for this. In addition, look here: http://www.cadclips.com/Revit9-KeyNotes.aspx

Thanks for the tips. Can you please show me how to customize keynote numbers? For example I created an ellipse tag and I want the numbers to show as 03410-01, etc.

Just do them that way in your keynote file. Remember, this must be a txt file with a tab between the number and the text and each item must be a seperate line but have no other tabs or returns in the line.
