Does anyone know where I can find a ceiling fan with lights for Revit MEP?

Yes, I did search the downloads section already, thanks. I didn't find any ceiling fans specific to Revit MEP with power connectinos and all, just ones for Revit Building and the like.

While I'm no pro, it sounds like maybe you need a nested family?

Maybe you can create the family for the fan element and the luminaire seperately and bring them together as a nested family. This way you can create your fan geometry with power connections for the fan, then create the luminaire element with it's little bit of geometry and it's lighting data/power connections and all that jazz. Then you can bring them together as a nested family which should give you all the connections you're after in one family.

 Maybe.
