Is there a way to force end users to do a save periodically ? ( ex. automatic saving )

i wish there was an automatic save feature but sadly there isnt. You just need to keep reminding them to save. Something that i found that helps out is the worksharing monitor. It will show when the file has been updated and you can also check when people are saving and get on there case if they dont. The other things is wait til they crash and lose an hour of work, that will make them remember to save the next time.
