Hey Everybody, I'm a relatively new user for Revit MEP. I have the basics down in Revit architecture, but I am still having problems with MEP. Does anyone know if Mep will create one-line diagrams and/or do electrical symbols exist to use in drafting view. Thanks

The symbol that shows up in orthographic views is actually an "annotation" nested within the object. In a drafting view, go to the drafting tab, click "symbol", and dig through the annotation folder. You should find the symbols for the various receptacles and such. It is tedious, but that is how you get them. I'm pretty sure it doesn't generate one-lines, at least I haven't seen anything yet. I'm still fairly new to revit also.
