Greetings,

I have looked through the forums and could not find the specific answer I was seeking. I'm having issues matching the callout head size with the section head size/scale. I've tried to edit the system family but it seems as if both are using the same text sizes but when loaded into Revit, the scale and text sizes are different...See attached image.

-Is there a way to match the sizes of all view heads - callouts, elevations, sections?

Thanks

Someone has edited the family because the standard does match.  When you edit the family - look beyond the name of the text - look at the text properties.  Careless users will change the size without changing the name.

I finally figured it out. Thanks for the tip.

Basically I had to create a new annotation callout head and load it into the project (but it gets 'lost'). In doing so, I matched all the text properties as mentioned by WWHub, and I matched the diameter of the existing family. I had to dive deeper than the basic 'family:properties, edit family' because with tags, the family wasn't the issue, the header/tag was. That is in itself a type within the tag family. By using this method->  settings: view tags: callout tagsSadselect the newly create tag) I was able to rectify my situation. Case Closed.

The easier way to edit the type is by selecting the head under the annotations in the project browser. DOH!

Regards,
