I am not really sure how to explain this so i just going to throw it out there. I am keynoting a detail and i want to put a keynote schedule into the detail of the keynotes i have only on that particular detail. If this makes sense and you know how to do this i am open. Thank You.

Not sure what you are shooting for but keynotes are by sheet or project - not view.  Place the view and the keynotes on a sheet.

I have attached a sample of what I have so far. I created a new text file and I want to link my keynotes to that text file which i have, then i want to link the text file to the schedule, also i want to add more lines to my keynote legend for different parts of drawing like walls, finishes etc. If you are anyone knows how to do this please let me know or steer me in a better direction to get this accomplished. Thank you.

If you want to use keynotes, they work very well but I suggest you read your help because it is obvious you don't understand them.
