I have a barrel roof with curved beams from column to column. At both ends these curved beams cantilever past the columns a distance of 4'-6". When I place a curved beam in Elevation, and set the extentions to 4'-6" they show fine, but in plan there is no extensions beyond the column, there is no single line (course view - single line representation). My view range - the top is set to levels way above and below and depth is set to the foundation levels. I have tried looking at the W-Wide Flange Family and could not find where the Course Line (Single line representation is), so I cannot find out why the extension is not working. In fact I cannot even get any extentions to work even on flat beams ... What am I doing wrong, please help.
