For some rendingerings i have had the issues of sploches that are in a circuar and hexagonal fashion on the surfaces of interior walls. Has anyone had this issue and figured out how to remidy it?

Try copying the settings you want to custom and turn on the Daylight portals options, this work for me....

It looks like you glass material may be reflecting all this. Chage this material and see what happens.
