Hi, I am having a problem with the way that my walls look on certain floors. On most of my buildings floors, they look normal. But then on a couple of levels, they are shaded in. This columns also look 'bold' on these levels. I have attached two images, one of a normally displayed level, and one of the 'bold' levels. Is this something to do with the view properties on this level? Does anyone know how I can make it display the same as my other levels? Thanks

in Top menu, behind the Options Bar you have a button with "Thin Lines", in that view hit in that button once....

I dont think either one of them is thin lines. My gess is that the detail level is different between the views. That should be the reason that the wall doesn't show all the layers like in the first view. You probably have the second view on coarse and the first one fine. Just change the other to fine as well. (you can find this button at the bottom to the right of your scale, crop regions, etc.)

Thanks guys, that worked. (both changing the level to fine, and using thin lines to alter the appearance of the columns)

I see this is a pretty old thread, but Im in the same predicament. My first floor walls are not as bold as the rest of the building. As soon as I saw it printing I thought it would be an easy solution, but ive exhausted my options, and nothing has changed. I have "thin lines" clicked, I have the same level of detail on all the floors, I have all of the floors on "hidden lines" I made sure the scale is the same... ...what else am I missing? Anyone? Attached are two images of the same wall on different floors.

You could have the wall line settings in VG. Make a view template from the good plan and apply that to the other one.

Did you check the view range in both views? Do you change any parameter in VG>Cut line Style like you can see in the images below?

thanks WWhub, and Typhoon. The View Template did the trick. Thank you both for teaching me new tools.
