(Revit Arch 2009)

I creted a topo surface using points located on top of an imported survey. It worked fine, except that the contours are straight line segments making for a very jagged looking site. Is there any way to get it to smooth out the contours (curves and rounded corners)??? thanks,

If you have four points in a square, the contour will be a square.  Add more points along the contours and the Revit topo will adjust.

so i guess there is no such feature?

if from a survey a road is defined by 3 points (one on each side and one at the crown) you will end up with arrow heads pointing up hill..... (in reality it would be smooth arcs). it would be a pain to have to manually figure out enough of the in-between points to smooth it out.

yes revit isn't really the tool for this, civil 3d or similar is better for this
