I'm working on a very large building, and want to be able to work between sketchup6 and revit 2009. I've exported the revit model into sketchup (to use as a base when modeling decorative masses in sketchup) but the exported 3d model is HUGE!! (and SLOW). Is there a way to filter a 3d export? For example, can I export the 3d model without any mullions? (it takes sketchup a while to deal with 500,000 mullions)

nevermind figured it out... revit automatically exports different layers for the different elements! how convenient!
