We have Navisworks and Revit 2009 installed on workstation (network licenses).

The import/link to Navisworks option is grayed out from my Revit pull down menu?

No idea how to make this work? Do I need to download a plugin from the AutoDesk website?

Have your file open in Revit Architecture 2009.

Tools > External Tools > NavisWorks 2009

Click on the NavisWorks settings, make sure you choose to export "entire model".

It will export as .nwc file.

Open up the .nwc file in NavisWorks 2009 Manage and you should see the entire model.
