Within the Element properties of any beam it has the Construction Sub Category with Start and End Extension. This is as standard set to -12.5 on my model. Is there a way as standard to change this to say -100 so any new beams (and the existing ones is have drawn) show with this larger extension (this is needed to ease reading for engineers and site erectors) Cheers Allan

I think the only way is to edit the beam family... But if so, you're gonna adjust every different type of beam seperately. So it's not really easy to do. But if you want it all the time it might be usefull. Greetings, Frank
