REVIT Architecture 2009 Two of us at work were purging our projects (2 different projects) and a family type came up called Fluids, with Fluid Types such as Ethylene Glycol - 10 (through 90), Propylene Glycol - 10 (through 90) and Water. Neither of us had ever heard of this and they were not listed in the Project Browser, only coming up when we tried to Purge. Is anyone familiar with this? Is it from a Life Safery Workset? Should I purge them? Thanks. tfg

Didn't you insert sin your project some family(ies), i don't know, like "Plumbing Fixtures" or something like that, with those parameters??? Yes, you can purge because if exist in project still there, if not it's only "ocupied space"....

They are not built-in to architecture but as Typhoon says they have come in as a shared family inside another family. I would not know where they came from ... maybe a MEP guy knows a family that has them.
