Hey all, I need to add colour fills on my building sections (the colours must match the room-colours I have assigned to the rooms on plan already), and this seems impossible. Can it be done? I've already added room tags on my sections, but Revit doesn't allow me to add a colour-scheme and colour to the sections... Much appreciated.

Go to the section view properties and set in a colour scheme. Set the colour scheme location to foreground.

Thanks tim123, but no-can-do. The Section View Properties box doesn't have a "Colour scheme" tab. Only the the floor-plans view-properties have it... Any other advice?

Hi Fryingpanwarrior OK, you can't with 2008. You need Revit 2009 for this.

AAAAAARRRRGH!!! :-( Anyways, I've figured out a laymans way of solving the problem. I create fills in the section, and then do the labourous task of matching the colour on the section with that of the plan. Come to think of it, it would go much easier if I use Pantone colours... Thanks anyways, Tim123!
