For unknown reason, I create walls and put a ceiling in the room. I have one curved wall, so the ceiling curves with it. I also have other curves in the ceiling. When I change the radius of the curved wall, Revit ask me to either delete the item (ceiling) or cancel because the ceiling cannot curved with the wall. Is there way to disassociate the ceiling with the walls or somehow make the ceiling independent of the walls below? I uncheck Room Boundary for the ceiling but that did not make a difference. B32

when you sketched your ceiling, did you use the 'pick walls' option or the 'lines' option? 'Pick walls' I believe will keep the ceiling and walls associated, much like with floors and roofs.. If you use 'lines' and sketch the ceiling I believe it will stay independant (ensure you don't lock the lines to the walls). I'm no guru with Revit, and it may not work, but I thought it may be worth suggesting. Good luck.
