Hi everyone! I,ve been trying do make a section from a imported dwg file generated by 3dsmax. I can import it into revit architecture 2009, but it can´t read the section. I also tryed to make a section box and "export to cad formats", but revit exports the file as a 3d, not a 2d drawing that i need to transform my 3d from 3dsmax into technical drawing. thanks a lot!!

Hi, "I also tryed to make a section box and "export to cad formats", but revit exports the file as a 3d, not a 2d drawing that i need to transform my 3d from 3dsmax into technical drawing." , put your section (in Revit) in one Sheet, then when you export choose that sheet, it appears in 2D....
