in r2008, one could customize the sky: color at horizon, cloud density, colors etc. I can't find a way to select anythying in r2009 other thatn in rendering/background/style/ then pick from +/- 6 choices. is that right?

no, in r2008 you could manipulate the color of the sky, the color getting darker at the horizon the color and quantity of clouds: in r2009 you seem to only get 6 stock picks for sky.

Hi SteveB, of course you can manipulate the sky in Revit 2009, although it looks not so real. You can do it by changing the time of the day or the azimut (see the image).
