I'm fairly new to creating families.  I'm trying to create a bookcase family that you can adjust the number of vertical and horizontal panels.  I've got the cabinet that can be adjusted for width, legth, and height.  When I try to create a group (vertical panel), I can get it to adjust the number of panels within the cabinet.  I just can't get them to adjust to a height change.  When I try to constrain it, I just get a message telling me I can't do that.

Is there something simple I am overlooking?

Thanks

You need to create a parameter for the number of shelves and use a formula to determine this (Height / shelf spacing).

Sorry it took so long to get back.

I guess I didn't explain it correctly.  Is there a way to get a group to move vertical and horizontal at the same time?

Thanks
