Is there a way to show all the phases (existing, demo, and new) on the same plan view? Thanks

The phase filter needs to be set to show all for the plan view.

In the Phase Filter, you can set to "Show All" or "None" to archive what you want. Here are the different between "Show All" and "None" Show All - using the the Phasing Graphical Override setting. None - don't apply and Phasing Graphical Override at all. Hope that helpful
