Hi, For some reason, every time I try to download a family from this site, windows explorer shuts down. Anyone have any input on this? Thanks, Phil

Do you have windows Xp or Vista, Internet Explorer or Firefox? and, does it happen only with this type of files?

explorer 7, xp pro 64, never had this problem with any files

I have Vista 64x and use Firefox and I never had this problem, try this: when you click in "Download Now" it Jump to another page like in the image attached, with the right button of the mouse click in "Save as..." and check if it work....
