Hello, I am a fairly green REvit user and I am working on TRansfering our Office Standards from Auto Cad To Revit Structure 2009.

When We create a Spec Note Sheet we add the Note required for that Job. So each set of notes is a Block that we insert into a sheet. I Would like to do the same For Revit, and I tried doing each block of notes on a drafting View, then saving to library for use on any project. The problem is that when I insert into a sheet i can't Align the notes properly.

My question is, IS there a better way to do this? how do you guys deal with your notes sheets?

Any Suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Vanrevit

Not many people refer to using legends. I think legends would be a fine way to organize sheet notes.

Ok, I have done some research that will be very usefull. The Archies Don't Ahve this Option in Revit Architecture. IF you are a subscription member and yo uhave downloaded REvit Extensions, Unde the Miscellaneous Tab you will find the

"TEXT GENERATOR" Tool. This is the best tool to use for setting up you Notes Sheet.

I hope thi swas Helpfull for those of you that have struggled to deal with this issue. Cheers!

Vanrevit.

PD: I bought the MAstering Revit Structure 2009 book, and the content is fenomenal, I Highly Recomend it.
