Hi,

I'm pretty new to revit, so this might be a very basic quesion - I just can't seem to find the answer anywhere...When I'm rendering in Revit Architecture, the materials on my floors goes in different directions, even though they are supposed to go in the same direction, because it's the same floor-"material"/family, that is aplied to all of them...

Does anyone know how to control the surface like that?

Best regards,

Esben Jensen

what you need to do is align the surface pattern in your floor plan view. click the align tool hover over one of the lines that is right and tab until it highlights (select it ) then hover over one of the other lines that isnt right and tab until it highlights (select it), it should align the patterns. If not try rotating the pattern that is wrong to the position you want. Hope this helps
