I was wondering if there was a setting that I could change to keep the centerline from showing in the fine mode?

If you want to turn of centerlines in all views, just go to visibility graphics, duct, and uncheck centerline. If you only want the centerline to be invisible in fine mode you'll have to set up a filter I believe.
