The image I attached is a rendering that my office put together. What I am trying to do (and have struggled with) is re-create the yellow accent band, the gray accent band at the top corner of the foreground part of the building, and the gray accent band between the windows. What I have tried to do so far is create a window family with the lower window and then a different colored solid mass above it. After insterting the window family to the revit model, I tried to join the walls but it did not work. I also tried to use a wall sweep which also did not work. Can anybody please help me out? Thanks

You can create these as part of your curtain wall, with different panel types for the different materials. Define each with the required material.

I would model it like it is.... a curtain wall above and below a solid wall (EIFS?) that has a different finish than the main solid walls. Could be the same wall type but with a "poured" on finish.
