I am trying to create a CMU wall with #5 rebar spaced 32" OC vertically and continuous in the bond beam at the top course. I want to be able to see the rebar in elevation or 3d wiews, as well as plan and section. What steps do I go through?

You can use "wall sweep" or "Create-In-Place", or create a "Generic Wall face based Family" or "Generic Face Based Family" to create that, can you post some images of what do you really want to clarify the problem???
