i HAVE TWO PROBLEMS TODAY.

FIRST IS A CUBICLE. i NEED TO MODIFY THIS CUBICLE TO MAKE IT LIKE THE JPEG WITH VARIABLE PERAMETERS. i'D APRECIATE ANYONE WHO COULD HELP.

 

ALSO THE SECOND PICTURE IS A COUNTER TOP FOR A SPECIFIC APPLICATION DOES ANYINE KNOW A WAY TO MAKE THE VALUES ADJUSTABLE i HAVE ENCLOSED THE CUBICLE RFA BUT CAN'T FIND A GOOD ONE FOR THE COUNTER. 

ALSO IM STILL A NOOB WHENIT COMES TO MAKING FAMILIES DOES ANYBODY KNOW A REALLY GOOD SITE OR PDF TO LEARN HOW

your nearly there on the first one.  either add in visible parameters to turn the glass on and off.  or if you're feeling keen use some conditional formatting...

 

Use a void to 'cut geometry' on the solid for the counter type.  You may need to employ a bit of trig to get 'y'.  So make a triangle that cuts into the counter surface.

 

there is a really good family guide released by Autodesk.  there is also plenty of reading to do here.  Keep at it!!

The problem was that you modeled the Panel from the top and gave it a height. You should have modeled it from the front and gave it a thickness. I will try to do the top later tonight.
