I am having a problem with room tags. well I have two problems. Problem #1When I insert a room tag for instance, a closet, I have to place it outside the closet so when I do to it works. problem is that the client does not wish to see the leader. Now if I select the no leader option it does not allow me toplace the room tag outside of the closet. is there away to just hide or suppressthe leader? keep in mind I need to place the closet tag outside the closet.2nd problemis it possible to modify the distance between the leader and room tag where theyintersect. just to clarify what I just asked the leader goes from the object I am annotating to the tag it self... is there a way to modify that distance between the tag and the leader? YOU CAN EMAIL ME ANYTIME AT paulykustomz@hotmail.com thanks in advace everyone

Sorry - no way to supress leader - you will have to do a fake tag. - you can not adjust where the leader starts either.

thank you so much for you fast reply. so there is now way? what do you mean by fake tag. will this interfere with schedules or anything else. I'm doing some work for a larger architect firm and thats the way they want it. what do I do with the original tag? because they are using this project for calculations as well(hvac...etc) sorry im just confused.

A fake tag ... just text & lines..... room still is what it is so schedule is fine - you just don't tag it with the "real" tag

found solution!!! you go into visibility graphics. change the tak color to white and make the linetype small. the edit the tag inplace and put a new box around room number!
