how I do a render of a plan - for example a ground floor or a roof plan? orthogonal thanks a lot

yes , exactly, i tried witd 3d viws , but dont make so perfect. I apreciate you tell me how you can do this !( looks really nice) thanks

No problem.. first of all.. you need to duplicate your 3dview/ {3d} Then with the new "copy of {3d}" open go to View options menu at the top of the screen, so its So.. view> orient> to other view> then select your floor plan or roof plan , then you'll be be able to access your render option as well. let me know if you need anymore help Ross

Hi rossaftermath,
Thanks for the post, but is it possible to render a view that is NOT in perspective, like the one you showed? I can orient the camera to different views - elevation, section, plan, etc. - but they are all perspective. Please help!

Click on the house (3D) icon. Now click on the top of the box and render this view. If you need a plan, use a scope box.

Great. Thanks! I guess what wasn't clear to me was the different between camera views and the ONE default 3D view. I didn't realize they were different, even after a year of using Revit!
