Can individual wall or any object for that matter have its own cutplane in a given view or is based only on the views cut plane. Thanks for the help.

Hi, Not sure what you mean. Cut plane is always parallel to the view and all object that passes through this plane are cut at the same level. if you are thinking of a jagged cut plane like a section cut on plan, then you have to do some 'tweaking'.

I am not sure this is what you mean but you can do a plan region around a certain object such as a floor drain or window without changing the level's view range.
