Hi! I'm wondering if it's possible to create different floor plan types like you can with sections and elevations etc. In Revit Structure this is possible with Structural Plans, but not in Architecture with floor plans. Anyone know if it's possible? Thanks! Christopher

Your question is not clear. What do you mean by types? If you just want someting to sort your views in the browser by, add a parameter to views and sort in your browser.

yes, I want to sort my views, but I thought i would be eisier by just selecting the view and then in the menu select which category i belongs to, instead of having to go in the views' properties. I just think it's odd that you have to use different ways of sorting views depending on which type of view it is. Especially when it's possible in Structure. If you have a look at the attached image, you can see what i mean. I want to create a new type of floor plan but the buttons are greyed out. pardon my rambling, but I hope you understand where I'm heading Thanks

We have a view parameter called View Sort that we have added. We set this parameter for all views and we set it in the view templates. It allows us to sub-sort every view. Now we may have as a view folder named "Stairs" that would hold all views related to stairs and thus the plans, sections, details and elevations are sub-sorted under the Stairs folder.
