I have two site topographies one on top of the other for a cut/fill exercise. I want the existing to have a section cut material and the new fill on top not to have a cut material just a red line - see attached) Firstly, my topography material is set to 'by category' within element properties and the graphic overrides of the phases works for the lines but not the cut pattern. Site settings are able to apply a material to the cut area but cant the graphic overrides of the phases do this? Secondly, i have the anomolies (attached) when using site settings, im sure its because the two sites are on top of each other. i have used fill region but this is terribly time consuming because it doesnt have a pick points fill like AutoCAD, i have to draw a line boundary! Please help, thanks in advance
