We're looking to purchase/build a machine with the primary purpose of renderings and walkthroughs out of Revit and eventually 3ds. We're wondering what the primary hardware focuses should be. RAM? processor? Video Card? Hard Drive spin speeds? All of the above? Obviously budget is important, but it seems the owners may be willing to splurge a little. If anyone has any thoughts or solid knowledge of which components have the most effect on render speeds, we're all ears. Thanks for the input!
