The accoustical ceiling tiles in a group become skewed on half of the rooms when I place a ceiling in the group, but lighting fixtures update correctly. What causes this and how can I fix it?

I have had this same problem. I experimented by locking the ceiling grid to a wall face and the grid stays consistent through the copied groups. However the problem with this scenario is that I don't want the ACT grid to be directly adjacent to the wall (I.E. I'd like to center the grid within the room). When I center the grid (unlock it from the wall) the grid is correct within the edited group and inconsistent within all the copied groups.

Did you try a dimension with a lock to the grid pattern? You can then delete the dimension if you want....

I just tried it and that method worked well. I also used tried placing reference planes and then locking the grid to the reference planes and this method also worked. So there is two solutions. Thank you for your help.
