I have created a group so that all the rooms auto update the same, but when I put in a drop down ceiling the pattern is rotated in half of the rooms in the project. What causes this and how can I fix it?

Did any of the rooms get rotated or mirrored after they were copied?

yes the rooms were mirrored along a wall and then mirrored across a hallway.
