i have a query regarding the use of scheduling in revit. in architectural practice we calculate plaster surface areas or painting areas or finish areas . can that be done straightaway in revit with scheduling . i mean to use the structural properties of a wall or roof to schedule them . because only those things can be scheduled which are parameters in revit . am i correct. but structural properties of wall or roof i e its composition are not included in its parametric properties. so how to schedule them . i am using revit 2008. btw.
