hi guys, im using revit MEP 2009, and this is going to take a little explaining, i work for a company called wormald, which do fire sprinklers, and im trying to get it so the view plane shows different levels without showing the stuff from other levels, what i mean is that atm im working in the carpark level, and there are two parts to each level, basicly the entire level is spilt in 2, with one with a downwards gradient and one with a positive one, i need to be able to produce a drawing showing the under side of both of these ramps (its happens in all 3 of the parking lot levels) with out the plane crossing into the level above/below where the ramp is way below/above its starting point. i would like to know if it is possible to have a view plane on a slant or to have multiple views of a plane at different elivations without four different floor planes? thanking you guys for any help that is out there

not sure if i was clear about how the level is layed out, its like a < simble but then a > on the side doing the same thing

it will allow me to have the regoin on a slant, were say the view will in crease with the gradient of the floor slab? thats my issue, my piping at the high end, when it comes into view, i have to make the view so high im seeing stuff on the low end from the level above, which i can't print out onto a drawing for co-ordination

im guessing no one has a way of getting the section view even to be on the angle in terms of depth? we need to view a pipe that runs along the bottum of a slab thar raises 1200m at less then 8 degrees.

Again ... look at plan regions....They will not slope but you can have multiples.

when we do that we end up haveing like 8-9 different plans on the one drawing and my manager doesnt like that. theres no way to get it to slope?

Perhaps a cross section showing what you want would help..... Is this a reflected plan or standard floor plan? You can't slop plan regions. You can control visibility using other means.

reflected plan, adjusting the view depth doesnt help for at the shallow end piping starts to show up from the level above before you even get half of the currnet levels

Try and use plan regions. You seem to be misunderstanding the point that WWHub is trying to make. A plan region is part of a plan where you can adjust the view depth to different values. You will not notice them in your plan. You can have as many as you like and you don't have to tell your boss that you have them - try view - new - plan region.
