There is a very big disaster happened in my Company. I created Template for in-line projects. It has about 100 DWG links through the drafting vews inside. We have a network here. One end is my Template File other end is DWG library. We need these Links to be "alive" in order to make future changes in DWG Details and automatically update Template for new future projects. Template was created and was "alive" for 2 months. NOTHING was moved or/and renamed from both ends. Path is still correct. One day I started to have questions from workers getting revit messages about lost links. I checked their projects and then i checked Template. Template was 100% (all links) "dead" and their projects through the template too. No way to Reload. No way to Reload From. Only way is to Remove and Imprt Links again. IT Department gave the report that Nothing happened within a Network (for me hard to believe). They mentioned something about Revit Service Update Pack #1 & 2. I have a feeling that they just trying to get of this problem from their shoulders to put on mine as a Revit Administrator. Or I am wrong? Has anybody know about it anything and had the same issue?

Are you sure nobody opened your template and removed the links?

Links are in the positions. They still there. That is the most strange thing. Nothing was renamed or moved. I am only one who has access to this drive in the network and IT department of course.

If the links are still there then you just lost the pointers to where they are. You do not need to re-insert them but you do need to re-path them. We seem to loose paths once in awhile. Not sure why that happens.

I can't re-path. It's not listening. When I am going Reload From manualy it's still not visible.
