There are a few sheets in my project where I cannot change the print range in the print dialogue box. The only thing that can be selected is Selected views/sheets, and the other two options are greyed out. This happens no matter which device I am trying to print to, but just on a few sheets out of the project. I'm using Revit 2009

I also see this once in awhile. Usually I can "fix" it with a Save or a Save to Central. I've also gotten them to show up again by selecting a different view, like a floorplan, and just choosing the sheets you want from there. But that's still the "select views/sheets"...
