Hello everybody. I am a new Revit MEP user, trying to create VAV box with 2 rectangular duct connectors (Inlet and outlet). I startet to modify one of Revit's, with round inlet. I can not move or change the Inlet Connector, it stays in the same place, as it was for round inlet (off center). The inlet should be 20x8. Can anybody help me? I attached the file. Thank you

Connectors are placed at the center of a face or the center of a plane. If you want your connector to be located somewhere other than that, make a square or rectangular extrusion and assign it the same size parameters as your connector. Then place your connector on the face of that extrusion. Hope this helps.

Thank you for response, but it's not helping me I tryed to put connector (Rect. duct to Mech. Eq., loaded from library) on the face of inlet box, but Revit is not recognizing it as a "connector". If you open the attached rfa, you will see (2) connector elements, Inlet and Outlet, with "Height" & "Width" dimension lines. They have Air flow between them. As you see, the inlet connector is off-center, and I can't move it. When I load this box into project, and try to connect ducts to it, Revit recognize the Outlet, but not the Inlet. Maybe it is a way to create this type of connector, and I don't know how?

it looks like it was plced on a work plane instead of a face, I deleted and re-connected it. It seems fine now. any extra settings other than size may have to be re-set
