I must be missing something. I was trying to get a 12 x 12 ct tile pattern on a floor to rotate like the ceiling patterns on a 2x4 ceiling grid. I set up a material w/ a 12 x 12 model cross hatch pattern but when I put it on a floor I cannot select the pattern like you can w/ a ceiling pattern. Am I doing something wrong?

2d patters will not rotate. It must be a model pattern.

I did use the model pattern. I then tried switching to the 2x2 ceiling pattern which does rotate on a ceiling but when I put that pattern on the floor it does not rotate. It must be something w/ floors that makes it different. Any other suggestions.

Nothing different about floors - I rotate my tile patterns all the time. Not sure what you could be doing. Are you using your tab key to select the pattern?

That's it. I don't seem to have to use the tab to select the ceiling patterns but on the floor patterns using the tab key does get me to the pattern. Thanks
