It's really been getting to me that every time I change the witness lines of a dimension I have to completly re-type my custom text. Would sure be nice if it stayed the same...

He's talking about when, for example, you dimension to the finish face of two walls and use the new 2009 of adding text into the dimension to add "+/-" or "Approximately" and then decide you want the dimension to go to the center of the wall the text you added gets deleted. And I agree, it's very annoying.
