I started with RA 2008 and now we have RA 2009 and RMEP 2009 Any one have any advice for the newer versions?

Have fun because you'll be alot happier with Mental Ray!! And the features just keep getting better and better! So do the user options! Revit is the best way to go for any project, it can do everything!
