I'm trying to make a room tag that has the name on line one, number on line two, and then each row after that would have floor, base, wall, and ceiling finishes (about four rows to accomodate multiple finishes). What's the simplest way to acheive this? I'd like to be able to hide the extra rows when not in use.

Here's something that might help. Its a Room Tag with Labels which have visibility on/off parameters. Not sure how it works in a schedule, haven't tried it. But it could be a starting point for you.
