Does anyone know a way to use a text label on a Titleblock and allow that label to be grabbed and moved around once loaded into the project. I find myself going back and forth a lot in order to get the placement just right. Please let me know if you have any suggestions! Thanks! (Revit 2009)

If the text is a shared parmeter, then it's location is set in the titleblock family.
