I created a callout detail bulet in a section view and it is detail "4/A7". I wish to show the same detail bulet "4/A7" in a elevation & plan drawing how can I create this bulet in plan that refeneaces this bulet?

You can only reference other views of the same plane or drafting views...
So i'd suggest redoing the detail as a drafting view...
