The note block we used in AutoCAD had a distinct apperence that we would like to keep. the Title of the Sheet Note block was inclosed in an elongated oval, and each Note was listed by the Sheet note symbol. Question is: Is there a way to edit the Note Block System Family in such a way that would allow me to click on View - New - Note Block and have it appear as I would like it, instead of looking like the typical schedule blocks? I know the basics of editing families, but cannot find the system family: Schedule Graphics that the note block is made from. Any help would be appreciated. ~Jeremy

Jeremy, Did you ever get feedback on your question? I am having the same problem. In the Revit tutorial it lists how to add note blocks to your plan but the note block symbol is not in the annotations library. Dave

Nope, im afraid not Dave. I ended up making my sheet note title into a family, placing it on the sheet and useing a regular text block below to make my notes, and individually added each sheet note symbol to the note, much like we do in regular AutoCAD.
